Chaffey Audio Teller

Chaffey Audio Teller (CAT), the Credit Union's free audio response service, allows members to take care of routine Credit Union business by telephone any time of the day or night, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. All you need is a touch-tone telephone, your personal identification number (PIN) and a few easy transaction codes. CAT gives you the ultimate in convenient access to your Credit Union accounts, absolutely free of charge, in English or Spanish.
Use CAT to:

• Check on the current balance in any of your accounts
• Inquire about cleared checks
• Inquire about deposits
• Make transfers
• Request withdrawals (sent to you by check)
• Make loan payments
• Check on your payroll deductions or direct deposits
• Request loan advances

Chaffey Audio Teller offers a fast, secure and accurate way to transact credit business with ease and convenience. To enroll in CAT and set up a PIN number, call 909-986-4552 or 626-968-9329 and Press 1. Then press the appropriate buttons on your telephone as you listen to CAT direct you through each step. Enrollment is automatic the first time you call when you key in identity information following the prompts. A booklet with a complete list of instructions is available at the Credit Union.
