IT Support Specialist

Provide technical assistance to computer system users in person, via telephone, or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and/or software, including installation, printing, word processing, eMail, operating systems and any applications utilized by the credit union. Operates the host computer system and peripherals and performs activities in support of daily Credit Union operations. Maintains and monitors the credit union's LAN/WAN, telecommunications systems, and all devices utilized on the credit unions' network. Familiarity with Symitar a plus.
