To Activate a Visa Card
Great news! You’re one step away from making purchases with your branch new Chaffey FCU Visa Card. From your primary phone, please call 800-631-3197 and have the last 4 digits of the cardholder’s Social Security Number available. After activating your card, you will have the option to select a PIN.
If you wish to update your PIN at a time other than during card activation, please call 888-886-0083.
To Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Card
During business hours, the Chaffey FCU team is ready to help you in the event your card is lost or stolen: please call us directly at 833-282-1033. During non-business hours, please call 800-317-5334.
Fraud Center
