Set up Direct Deposit with your Employer.

Speak with your Human Resources department to get the necessary steps to set up direct deposit for your paycheck. You’ll need:

Set Up Direct Deposit for Your Federal Benefits 

Choose Chaffey FCU to have your Federal benefits funds deposited into your Chaffey Accounts. You’ll need:

Payroll Deduction

While Direct Deposit sends your complete paycheck to one account, Payroll Deduction takes funds out from your net paycheck to be sent to a different account of your choosing. It’s often used to automatically put funds into savings, put money towards a loan, or set funds aside for budgeting purposes.

Setting Up Payroll Deduction

Contact the Human Resources department at your place of employment for the necessary steps or forms to begin Payroll Deduction.

If you work at a school or district, visit a Chaffey FCU Branch or contact our Virtual Branch for a Payroll Deduction Form. We’ll submit the completed form to your employer for processing.
