Managing finances in an ever-changing world can be tricky. The Chaffey FCU W.I.S.E. Financial Coaching Program was established to guide you towards financial wellness.
W.I.S.E. is a free service for Chaffey FCU Members.
Receive guidance to overcome a variety of financial challenges, such as building savings or spending plans, managing debt, or finding solutions to unexpected financial changes. Your coach will assist you during the duration of your up-to 13-month program, with personalized appointments and check-ins based on your needs and schedule.
Chaffey FCU W.I.S.E. Financial Coaches have been certified by the America’s Credit Unions (formerly the Credit Union National Association), through their Financial Counseling Certification Program.

The Financial Coaching difference.
The goal of financial coaching is to help you build a complete picture of your financial needs and goals. Our team of Financial Coaches are not Financial Advisors. Instead of making financial decisions for you, Chaffey FCU W.I.S.E. coaches are trained to help you understand your financial situation, establish personal goals, and build habits to overcome financial challenges through coaching, resources, and education.

Your privacy is important.
The information you share in this program will be strictly confidential. Your information will never be shared with anyone outside of meetings with your W.I.S.E. coach, including other Chaffey FCU employees or external resources, unless you give your coach explicit approval as they work to find the best solution for your needs.
To be successful, the Chaffey FCU W.I.S.E. Financial Coaching program will require honesty, hard work, and commitment. You commit to attending each session with the credit union. Failure to attend your sessions can result in being dropped from the program. All information shared both orally and in writing will remain strictly confidential. You will complete any work assigned during your sessions and come prepared to discuss, review, and modify if needed. Be attentive during sessions and provide feedback on how your plan is going. There will be 100% transparency in order for the program to work. The duration of the program depends on your individual needs, goals, and schedule.
An Experian FICO and credit report will be pulled twice during the program using Chaffey Plus Checking at no expense to you (at the initial and end of the program).
Participating in this program does not guarantee lending approval and you are not obligated to use any Chaffey Federal Credit Union deposit and/or lending products. Chaffey Federal Credit Union will not provide any legal or investment advice.
The W.I.S.E. Program has limited availability and works on a first come, first serve basis. If the program is at full capacity, you have the option to join a waiting list for the program.
